LiveScan Fingerprinting Services

Livescan fingerprints are an inkless, electronic system designed to capture an individual's fingerprint images and demographic data (name, sex, race, date of birth, etc.) in a digitized format that can then be transmitted to the MD State Central Repository (CJIS) for background check processing.

Phoenix Protective Solutions, LLC is authorized by COMAR Regulation 12.15.05 to submit fingerprints directly to the Maryland Criminal Justice Information System for the purpose of obtaining criminal history record checks. Criminal history record information obtained is mailed directly to you or the agency(s) of your choice. No information regarding your criminal history is given to our firm. 
In addition to the fees required by the State of Maryland for criminal history record checks, an additional service fee will be collected as indicated below: 

We can process your Livescan fingerprints at our offices or we can bring the equipment to you at your location for groups of at least 7 people.

Ink Fingerprinting
Yes! We still do it!!
For your ink fingerprinting needs, (out-of-state licensing, Utah Wear and Carry, etc...) we process FD-258 cards for a fee of $25 per card.

FBI Channeling Services

Additionally, we now offer FBI channeling at our Upper Marlboro, MD office location (mobile services provided as well). As a qualified agency we are now permitted to utilize an FBI Channeler to perform electronic fingerprint history checks of the IAFIS database, and receive results in less than 24 hours.
